Pros

1. Recruitment: You absolutely have to recommend chríѕtínnα! She doesn’t recommend people just to meet performance targets; she is very patient in helping find suitable projects and areas where skills need to be strengthened. That’s what makes a job match meaningful. If everyone found projects and jobs through her, the company would definitely receive fewer negative reviews. Seriously.

2. CRS customer relations support: I recommend Ivy! She is extremely proactive and efficient. Whenever a project faces technical, overtime, or personnel-related issues, she patiently finds resources to help! In addition to being efficient and highly approachable, she is always logical and empathetic!

Many negative reviews say that, on certain projects, the business representatives do not ask about anything or employees are left to fend for themselves. I have never encountered that, possibly because I had Ivy.

3. Leave and attendance: There are five personal leave days per year! They are similar to annual leave, and you don’t need to give a reason. You don’t have to work on makeup workdays!! I happened to join in 2022, when there were the most makeup workdays—so great. The project PM said they envied me for openly taking makeup workdays off.

4. Resources: Since it is considered a medium-to-large company, the benefits and resources are pretty good! Many of the courses I wanted to take were available internally, so I often didn’t have to pay to take them elsewhere. Also, when there was a problem with my laptop, they directly helped me apply for a new MacBook. Awesome.

Cons

I was lucky enough to have a good project, good recruiters, good business representatives, and good colleagues. But not everyone has the same experience. Often, people stationed at client sites feel like outsiders. If you happen to be assigned to a terrible project or environment and also don’t have a good CRS representative, it can be really miserable. I’ve already heard of one or two friends leaving the company because of this.
