Pros

Most of the people there are actually quite nice. Except for a few individuals who may simply have that kind of personality, but they are not too difficult to tolerate.

Recently, benefits such as employee trips and birthday bonuses have been introduced.

Cons

It is an absolute responsibility-based system: you can only leave after finishing your tasks. If you want to leave early, your supervisor will also keep an eye on whether everything has been completed. If it has not, you have to finish it before you can leave. Many people work overtime until 11 p.m., midnight, or even the early hours of the morning. Since this is a responsibility-based system, the company believes that tasks should be completed during working hours and ignores overtime hours. This is the same even when you come to the company to work overtime on national holidays. However, the company still requires everything to be completed within the designated timeframe, so in the end, you sacrifice your own personal rest time to work.

There is no overtime pay, only compensatory leave. Overtime only counts when you are required to come in on a holiday, and at most eight hours can be counted. Any additional hours are ignored. If you are required to dismantle or vacate a site on a holiday, it does not count toward compensatory leave either, but the company still requires you to go.

Clients’ needs always take priority. Therefore, if a client sends a message after working hours or on a holiday, you are expected to reply promptly. If you do not respond, your supervisor will send you a private message telling you to answer the client.

The company is organized by teams, and the atmosphere in each team depends on its direct supervisor.

There is no make-up workday on designated make-up workdays, but leave is forcibly deducted.

The company is very performance-oriented and places heavy emphasis on results. Everyone always has more projects than they can finish; shortly after one project ends, they have to take on another.
