From purchasing and checking deliveries, warehouse management, to all sorts of big and small company matters, everything becomes the RD department’s responsibility.

And that’s not even including all the various hassles of installing and repairing equipment at client sites. Management doesn’t even care whether the RD department has enough people;

they only ask about performance ....
