Just a few days later, I received an offer, and I was very happy to turn down another clinic where I had also passed the interview. On my first day at work, my colleagues seemed a little serious and difficult to approach, but they were actually all very nice and kind. They always let the new employees eat first before taking their own turns. The clinic environment is also clean and comfortable, and the uniforms are kept clean as well. There are many benefits, including employee trips and group meals, and employees can also receive free medical consultations. Even relatives and friends can enjoy discounted treatment plans if they want to visit the clinic.

I have only been working here for a short time, so I have not found any particular shortcomings.

If I had to mention one, it would be that mealtimes are counted as working hours rather than break time, so we have to finish eating quickly to make way for other colleagues. As a result, there is some pressure to eat quickly. I hope a more well-structured mealtime arrangement can be provided.
