Work overtime to the point of exhaustion, and they still consider it expected. There is no overtime pay, and you often have to endure unusual anger from supervisors!
Those considering joining should think twice. Also, salary increases are extremely slow.
The promotion track is not as fast as you may have heard, making it very suitable for people nearing retirement.
There is too much to list; I couldn’t finish describing it all at once. Almost everything you can think of is there.
In particular, they love laying people off right before the Lunar New Year, so you won’t receive your year-end bonus.
Their approach to layoffs is extremely crude.
