Pros
The interviewer was the department manager. They were very friendly and didn’t make me feel too pressured, allowing me to perform comfortably~
Although my past experience wasn’t very relevant, they still guided me in discussing how my previous experience could connect to this position!
Cons
The job responsibilities were still somewhat different from my past experience, so I wasn’t selected~
