Pros

1. I'll write the pros once I think of some.

2. Complies with the Labor Standards Act.

Cons

1. Company business:

1. Takes on many public-sector projects, including school and government projects, but none of these will be assigned to 【you】.

2. Public-sector projects involve a lot of annoying administrative work. If you tell the architect about a problem, they won't listen to your opinion because 【employees definitely don't understand】 and you must 【carry it out according to their wishes】.

3. During design competitions, employees are called into the office on weekends and made to sit in a circle, only to revise some unimportant text and images. They keep picking at all kinds of minor details and don't mention them all at once, wasting time on revisions.

2. Benefits

1. No employee trips, no lucky draw at the year-end banquet, and the banquet is held at 【a restaurant where money can be saved】. Group meals are at 【buffet restaurants】.

2. Don't even imagine receiving much year-end bonus: 【number of months employed/12 months】. Even after working for 4.5 years, the year-end bonus is still just one month.

3. Salary adjustments: Don't expect one. Even after working for 2.3 years, your salary probably won't be adjusted, even if you work overtime every day.

4. Salary: Fully complies with the Labor Standards Act (they're afraid of being investigated), but they won't give you a raise. They want you to keep working overtime so they don't have to pay too much.

5. Look closely at the photos on 104: the employees have already been replaced several times, and each photo shows different people.

3. Company environment

1. One coffee machine + a repressive work environment = perfect.

2. There are surveillance cameras watching 【everyone work diligently】.

3. The architect was originally a civil servant and obtained an architect's license by changing credentials, so they really love 【writing official documents】. You can study and master 【classical Chinese】.

4. Overtime: Work hard and work overtime to help the architect get a new car.

4. Drawbacks:

1. The architect originally made the decisions, but during meetings with the client, the architect takes a step back and says that these were decisions made by the employees. You'll be dumbfounded in the moment—what a surprise—as they shift the blame onto 【employees earning NT$30,000 a month】.

2. If they think you're not doing well, they will 【discuss reducing your salary with you and weather the storm together】.

5. The above is for reference; you can experience it for yourself~
