Pros
The salary is fairly average.
Cons
The working hours already violate the Labor Standards Act.
Most people are quite calculating.
You have to open the store yourself when it is not open.
You are expected to answer company calls and reply to messages at any time.
They deliberately keep putting pressure on you and brainwashing you.
Over time, this may distort you psychologically.
If possible, I hope you choose another job.
