1. The workload keeps increasing over time. Although I was hired for job A, I was later expected to learn job B. At first, I was told I would only be providing support, but eventually job B became the main responsibility.
2. The favoritism is extremely serious, and my coworkers constantly love to talk behind people's backs. If you do not fit into their little clique, for example, if two people make the same mistake, the person in the clique will be fine, while the person outside it will be scolded and talked about all over the place. If your behavior is simply something they cannot understand, they will also criticize you—even if you just leave work at a normal time, they will say that you are not dedicated to your work.
3. The company violates the Labor Standards Act. The so-called year-end bonus is actually accumulated by deducting money from employees' salaries as a purported employee welfare fund.
4. Employees have to clean: taking turns sweeping and mopping the floors and cleaning the toilets. You cannot start cleaning early before the end of the workday; if you do, people will talk about you.
5. Everyone has to write a reflection every month. If you do not write one, your salary will be deducted. (This is not mentioned during the interview; new employees do not have to write one during their first month.)
6. I do not understand why we have to sing at the monthly meeting.
