The air conditioning is pretty strong, and it’s fairly close to the MRT station.

1. No lunch is provided, nor are meals or meal allowances for overtime.

2. You must cooperate with regular overtime and Saturday overtime; refusal is not allowed.

3. More than half of the entire company consists of dispatched workers, so labor rights protections are limited.

4. SJW is accurate—the atmosphere throughout the company has been made to resemble a women’s prison, since the supervisors and foremen are that type of person. Male employees will have a very hard time.

5. They are harsh toward new employees. Any shortcomings are posted in the group for public criticism; you can’t just read the message or reply “received”—you can only reply, “I will improve.”

The whole place isn’t merely bad; it’s “really damn bad.”
