The HR staff are very nice, but the department supervisors and trainers are...

HR works hard to recruit people, and their tone and attitude are both very good.

But after you join, the trainers and supervisors are responsible for driving people away.

They are unwilling to provide much training, yet expect you to be smart and quick enough to get up to speed within a month.

Then they make you work overtime every day for the entire month—overtime, overtime, and more overtime.

How can the responsibility for being understaffed

be shifted back onto entry-level employees again? It’s really hard to understand.

Even though the number of incoming calls is extremely high,

I really don’t know where the rights and interests of those banks and customers are.

Customers often say, “It’s really difficult to get through to your phone lines.”

Customer service should bring in more people.

Otherwise, every time customers call you, they have to call for 2–3 days,

and they still may not reach anyone. Even if they leave their phone number, no one calls back.

But they are extremely exclusionary and only like rehired former employees.

So customers’ rights and interests can only be left in the most neglected corner.

Because there is a large gap in employees’ years of service, there is no sense of solidarity at all.

The senior employees don’t have time to pay attention to you.

The supervisors have even less time to care about you—but they do have time to scold you.

New employees can only fend for themselves.

So if you have been hired and are willing to show up for work,

please prepare yourself mentally and take care of yourself...
