Cons

The following is a review of Lion Travel’s subsidiary, Lion Travel International Travel Agency:

There is unfinished work every day, so overtime is always required. Even when requesting leave, you have to worry about your supervisor’s reaction. The bonuses are extremely, pitifully small. The manager of Lion Travel’s Lüyoutianxia business department has little ability; whenever a bad case comes up, they dump it on the staff below them. They also require a portion of the performance bonus to be shared. If you are unlucky, you may even end up losing money from your salary. (As far as I know, almost every salesperson in the business department has lost several thousand to tens of thousands of dollars—this is absolutely true.) If you are certain you want to come, first consider whether you can accept the risk of extremely low bonuses (a performance bonus of X per thousand), long working hours, and possibly losing money. In addition, if a salesperson accidentally makes a mistake, the company will require that individual salesperson to pay the full amount. If you are sure you can accept all of this, you are welcome to join us here.
