There are really no advantages.

1. 104 lists “bonuses for all three holidays,” but in reality there is only a year-end bonus, which makes you feel deceived.

2. There is no systematic workflow; everything is done on paper, which is extremely time-consuming.

(For example, even requesting leave requires you to handwrite a leave form, have your supervisor approve it, and scan and send it to HR. It is extremely time-consuming.)

3. Capable people do not stay there for long because there is no future at all.

4. Some of the veteran employees are very good at bullying newcomers.

5. They are very good at making grand promises, but they never actually deliver on them.
