Haha~ I think I’m quite qualified to say this. After all, I’ve been working here for more than 10 years. Interpersonal relationships are actually quite pleasant. There are inevitably some areas of work that are difficult to clearly define between departments, but I believe that as long as everyone discusses things openly, there shouldn’t be any major problems. Although there are clearly stated standards for salary adjustments, they are still somewhat vague and strict in practice. At least the company’s operations are stable, so employees can work with peace of mind. The bosses are basically all quite good, including the chairman, the two vice presidents, and the assistant general manager—they are all considerate toward employees. Although the general manager is strict and has his own standards, if you can fully earn his trust, working with him is actually not bad either. Employees are not required to work overtime, but for the business and planning departments, the general manager requires everyone to treat their work as if they were running their own company and business. Some people may not agree, but this is the fundamental structure that enables the company to make a profit. Although some systems may not be perfect, at least I think this is a company that is above average.
I only left a little while ago. I won’t go into the drawbacks, since many people below have already mentioned them, and I don’t have too many opinions to express either. At least, to some extent, the company did not treat me unfairly.
