If you are considering joining, I suggest not going to Dyson, especially not working under someone named Hsieh Shuo-jen. He has a lot of unwritten rules, including expecting you to use your break time to handle work matters. At first, he says you are helping him privately, but later it becomes habitual. He has very poor personality and emotional control. When you tell him you will no longer help with tasks outside your duties, he starts threatening you, saying that he is very familiar with the managers above him and can get rid of you at any time. That is the kind of person he is.
