There were no advantages; the experience was extremely poor.
1. I arrived at the company on time for the interview scheduled by the company, but the gate was closed. No one answered the phone either. After waiting for 20 minutes, someone happened to return and let me in to sit for a while. I thought at least my trip would not be completely wasted, but the person who opened the door for me was not even aware that someone was coming for an interview. They then said that the supervisor was still out and might not be able to interview me that day. I was completely stunned, so we later scheduled the interview for the same time the next day.
2. On the second day, as soon as I entered for the interview, the interviewing supervisor was chatting with other colleagues. I immediately felt intense pressure because no place was arranged for me to sit down and have a proper conversation. It was simply a rapid-fire question-and-answer session: as soon as I entered, they asked whether I had work experience and what I had done previously, then began speaking very quickly about why this position had become available. The entire interview lasted only about five minutes, and then the interviewing supervisor left, as if they were trying to catch a train or something.
Summary: The interview time was arranged by you, and I arrived on time. I can understand that you were unable to accommodate me on the first day, but on the second day, the supervisor—despite having their own matters to attend to—did not notify me in advance or allow sufficient time for the interview. The experience was truly awful. This is probably a company with very little structure.
