The flexible working hours for commuting are genuinely great. Occasionally, if I oversleep, I can still take my time riding in, so the psychological pressure is much lower and I won’t have money deducted.

The people are quite down-to-earth, and my colleagues are generally easy to get along with. The standards for cleanliness are fairly high, but everyone helps one another, so the atmosphere is pretty good. Also, since the office is very new, the environment is great. As for whether there are vendors, I’m not sure—I just know someone regularly comes to replace the plants.

What I like most is that there’s no culture of working overtime. Unlike at my previous company, where you had to worry about how people would react if you left on time, I really like my current supervisor. They’re a very capable person.

The company has been around for quite a long time, but I’m in a department focused on a new business area, so the systems aren’t already established and are adjusted as we go. Almost every day, things are exploding from the moment I start work until the end of the day—there’s really a lot to do. My supervisor cares a lot about efficiency and often forgets that people handling the same task need to be careful, but the upside is that every day goes by very quickly.
