Convenient transportation, with many delicious restaurants nearby.
The benefits are excellent, including employee gatherings and trips.
I heard from senior colleagues that previous company trips included stays at the Fleur de Chine Hotel in Sun Moon Lake and the Hotel Royal in Jiaoxi.
This May, the whole company is also going on a short trip to Hongsi Noa. I heard my supervisor say that in March they even held a consensus-building retreat at Kagaya.
The boss is super nice and treats everyone like friends—we chat and laugh together.
There is no well-structured meal break. Although meal and rest time is not deducted from pay, you have to eat quickly so the next colleague can take their turn.
