The interview experience was extremely unpleasant and a tremendous waste of time and energy. If you want to experience being disrespected or see how many people’s work one person can be expected to handle, then go ahead!

The middle-aged female manager had a terrible attitude. She wore a sour expression throughout from the moment I walked in, and her tone was very rude and disrespectful toward the interviewee. HR was also very unprofessional. The job description on 104 was completely different from the qualities the actual manager was looking for. It was obvious that HR and the manager had not communicated to confirm the requirements, and the manager had not screened or familiarized herself with the candidates beforehand at all.

The job title on 104 was “E-commerce Staff,” but the main responsibility was actually accounting-related reconciliation.

Even if you had no reconciliation experience but demonstrated an enthusiastic willingness to learn, the manager would still decide that you could not do the job.

She repeatedly emphasized that if you made a mistake after joining, it would be your problem, could cause the company to lose money, and lead to very serious consequences.

There is only one person in this position, but they are responsible for reconciliation, platform management, and customer service—in short, everything (the interview did not mention it, but the website said graphic design skills might also be required).

I interviewed that Tuesday, but the manager said the current employee would only work through that Friday, meaning no one would be doing the job three days later. The manager said, in an almost carefree manner, “That colleague said they could only work until Friday, so I let them leave.”

So if you join, there will be no one to train you. She mentioned that an SOP had been left behind and that people in other departments could be consulted, but you would still have to work independently from day one, dealing on your own with contacts at the National Taxation Bureau and vendors.

The manager directly told me on the spot, “Thank you for coming. I wish you success in your job search,” without even looking at my face.

I already felt extremely disrespected, but I still said politely, “If you are mainly looking for someone focused on accounting, I suggest emphasizing that part on 104.”

The manager immediately replied in an extremely rude tone and with a sour expression, using only three words: “I wrote it.”

Looking back at the job description on 104, accounting work was mentioned only as one minor bullet point, and the job requirements did not mention needing accounting experience at all. ^^

I sincerely recommend not applying for this terrible job opening. With a manager this arrogant and HR sending out interviews so carelessly, I believe employees will also be exploited after joining.

I suspect the colleague who is leaving this Friday is probably running away; otherwise, why would they not even want to help hand over the work to the next person? How interesting! ^^
