It feels like Rafael is expanding, so they interviewed many people. I heard there were still several more candidates to interview afterward.
First, I filled out two assessment forms: the DISC and aptitude tests. I completed them in about 10 minutes; they were not very tedious.
After I finished, the gentleman who greeted me asked me to wait for the interviewing manager. The manager who interviewed me was a sharp-looking woman. After some basic conversation, she began introducing the company’s current situation and future development in detail. The interview process was excellent and meaningful. At the end, the female manager even showed me around the clinic and personally accompanied me to the elevator, which made me feel respected. I am very interested in the innovation and development of the industry and the company!
Regardless of whether I am hired this time, I was very happy with the interview process~
The only downside is that I haven't received an offer yet.
