Public transportation is convenient, and the location is right next to Taipei Main Station.
Basically, there is not much overtime, and everything follows the Labor Standards Act (the several clinics I worked at before were all walking the line).
There are many benefits. Since joining, I’ve had the chance to participate in company trips and employee gatherings, and everyone gets along very comfortably.
Family members who come here for medical appointments can also receive discounts for friends and family.
The company’s policies are great: as long as you propose training courses that would help with your work, you can apply for a subsidy for external training.
You can also use your time outside of work to recharge and keep learning.
Sometimes patients arrive late, so by the time their treatment and appointment are finished, it’s already very late. So frustrating, so frustrating—but fortunately, there’s overtime pay to soothe the mood.
