Before the supervisor whose name starts with I took over, it was a good department at a good company
Ever since the good supervisor was forced out and replaced by this supervisor whose name starts with I, everything has changed.
He spends all day clinging to the boss’s favor, and any problems are blamed on the people below.
Any achievements are credited to his excellent guidance, even though he clearly knows nothing.
His most classic quote is: “I have a lot of things to deal with every day. I don’t have time to read the emails you send me one by one.”
You don’t read the emails yourself, then complain that we didn’t report our work progress, and afterward sneer, “If you’re unhappy, then don’t do it.”
The boss really needs to open your eyes. There are several bugs underneath you constantly gnawing at your thigh. You’re almost unable to walk—do you know that?
I’ve been here for a year and a half, and every month the number of people leaving is greater than the number of new hires.
