Although it’s supposedly a tech company, in practice it’s really just a traditional industry company. Most of the company’s products belong to other companies; they’re merely repackaged and presented as its own. Don’t work too hard—if you do, everything will pile up on you. The people at the top are busy fighting among their various factions and have no interest in running the company. Those on the second floor have it the best: they do their own thing at work, play mobile games, read online novels, chat, watch livestreams, and browse online shopping sites. It’s a place where you can enjoy life.

The people at the top are all quite incompetent, but everyone is just trying to get by—these are probably the survival skills they’ve learned. Anyway, you can collect a salary whether you do any work or not, so why work?

However, those at the lower levels may need to be somewhat cautious. If you’re capable, you don’t have to worry too much, but if you’re a newcomer fresh out of school, you basically won’t learn much. Or rather, is there even anything to learn? Regardless of the salary, you’ll need to learn how to flatter your supervisor; otherwise, you might learn from certain people to take on outsourced work and do it during office hours. If the salary is acceptable, enjoy your life. If it isn’t, you may want to consider changing jobs, because when another company asks about your work achievements and the skills and systems used at your previous company, it could lead to an indescribable situation.
