Workplace reviews and discussion: 緯創軟體股份有限公司

Large company, comprehensive benefits system, and that's about it.

The interviewing manager didn't ask any questions and afterward had HR relay the answers, which were not detailed.

HR was very enthusiastic before the interview, but once the outcome became unclear, they started disappearing and stopped answering questions. When it was time to provide a verbal response, they vanished completely. If you interview here, I recommend continuing to interview elsewhere until you receive an offer. If you find a company with better benefits, go there instead.
