The only advantage: The interview started on time.

During the interview, they asked personal questions: Are you single? How long have you been together? Do you plan to get married? Why did you move north for work? These questions have absolutely nothing to do with the job, okay?? Were they looking for gossip or what??

Then, when I said that my work experience was all in retail stores but that I also wanted to try working as an administrative assistant, they immediately asked whether I knew what an administrative assistant does.

From beginning to end, they had an arrogant and conceited attitude that was genuinely uncomfortable and off-putting!!

My thought throughout the process: Did I come here to interview for a job at your company, or to be lectured by you?

In the end, they only mentioned the working hours and days off when describing the job. They spent the other 90% of the time talking nonsense, so I couldn't be bothered to ask in detail about the salary or benefits. They wasted nearly half an hour of my time and had such an arrogant attitude.
