4. The meteorology team supervisor is a very good person, highly professional and far-sighted. It is a great place to learn.
1. There is no SOP-based training for new employees in the meteorology team. As a result, when they encounter problems, they do not know whom to ask and may feel somewhat lost and helpless.
2. The salary is relatively low.
