- Flexible working hours (clock in, and once you have completed 8 hours, you can leave directly)
- The workplace is located in an apartment, so the environment is relatively simple
- Capsule coffee machine (limited to one cup per day)
- Double-door refrigerator, microwave, and steamer
- No overtime pay
- The company’s systems and policies need improvement
- One person is expected to do the work of ten thousand (handling everything under the sun; at times, I wondered whether I was a philanthropist)
- The position explained to you during recruitment is not what you actually do once you start working (the actual scope of work was so much broader than initially discussed that I cannot put it into words)
- Pre-employment training period = being sent straight into battle without being given time to adapt to the company culture or become familiar with your own responsibilities
- Lack of a sense of security when using the restroom
- Workplace hygiene is handled by employees on a rotating basis (not sure whether this is temporary??)
