Cons
There are more dispatched workers than regular employees
Too many people, with lots of gossip
The break room is very dirty and there is also a hierarchy
If your KPI does not meet the supervisor’s standards, it is best to leave on your own
If there is workplace sexual harassment, be sure to inform your supervisor
