Applied for an internal position; the written test took quite a long time.

The office was extremely quiet, with almost no sound at all. During the interview, I felt as though my answers were being questioned. I recommend that job seekers be well prepared mentally and make the most of the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and strengths convincingly. However, because the interviewer and candidate are unfamiliar with each other, the interview style was direct and included many evaluations based on personal subjective opinions, which may also make some people feel uncomfortable. It ultimately depends on how each individual adjusts their mindset. After all, it is a good thing that the supervisor is willing to spend time providing feedback to job seekers.
