Pros
Supervisors and colleagues are happy to help and share, and the overall work environment feels quite like a family.
Because it is in the financial industry, although the work atmosphere is rigorous, there are also pleasant afternoon tea gatherings and birthday celebrations.
Leave is granted on a prorated basis upon joining, so you can confidently arrange your own vacation.
Cons
Relatively conservative; it would be great to have more newcomers join and bring a younger atmosphere.
