An interview for applicants’ English proficiency.

The Taiwanese interviewer asked some basic questions, such as introducing yourself and what games you have played. They were not difficult to answer.

The other interviewer, who was from China, took the opposing view on everything. They asked why I had left a previous job so quickly. When I said the company environment was not good, they followed up by asking what specifically was bad, and said that the problems I had faced before could also occur at their company. They also asked about my previous salary. If you do not want to answer, they may press you for an answer.

Overall, it is not necessarily a drawback, but you should be mentally prepared for everything you say to be picked apart.
