Realizing the boss's ambitious social welfare vision
Violating the Labor Standards Act
1. Flexible working hours, but meetings are scheduled almost every morning, leaving virtually no flexibility.
2. No clocking in or out; no overtime pay for evening meetings—it's a responsibility-based system.
3. The boss promotes multinational-corporation concepts, but in practice the mindset is traditional, even worse than traditional industries.
4. Low pay and no benefits; if you want coffee, you have to actively ask for it.
5. Exploiting employees under the guise of unlocking their potential; when the company makes no money, employees are said to be completely worthless. The boss only wants cheap labor.
6. The environment is unclean and uncomfortable, and employees have to clean it themselves, but no one wants to do it.
7. The job description stated in the interview and on the platform is for reference only. The boss has already made arrangements, and once you join, you have to do as instructed.
