1. Flexible working hours and a grace period for lateness; you can leave 15 minutes early every day (a little perk).
2. A good culture of leaving on time; the office lights are turned off before 6:30 p.m., and employees are not disturbed during breaks.
3. All the standard benefits are provided, and more have gradually been added over the past few years (health checkups, travel allowance, birthday bonus, etc.).
4. Taking leave is easy; whether it’s for something last-minute or a long vacation, there’s no hassle.
5. Convenient MRT access, and the colleagues are very nice (super important!!).
6. The company does show consideration for employees: during the severe pandemic, it provided a special bonus and paid leave to get vaccinated.
1. Compensation is earned through performance, so you have to work very hard.
2. The boss likes people with their own ideas, so meetings can be relatively stressful.
3. The regular study group is awkward.
4. Having to perform at the year-end party is a hassle, and the prize money from the raffle is too small to get anyone excited.
