Currently, I can't think of any advantages.
If someone from the financial industry joined, they would notice that the GM's statements contain many contradictions.
1. The profit model may still need adjustment; for now, the company can only continue burning money.
2. The product planning and target audience currently seem to have no solution, and the competitiveness is insufficient.
3. The customer acquisition methods and sources also seem unsolvable. This is related to point 2—the company is not competitive in the market.
4. There is something fishy about the fund-exchange model. People in the same industry would probably notice it after just a brief conversation, but please don't spell it out or expose it, otherwise the GM will get very angry.
5. You have to submit a pile of documents, and they also require you to make an appointment to submit them in person. They ask you to sign a so-called employment contract that basically protects the employer.
6. You don't have to pay bonuses, but writing that they are discretionary makes it feel like you're giving alms to beggars.
7. They hold a securities license but are unfamiliar with securities procedures.
