Good relationships among colleagues; the boss's wife is easy to communicate with.

Occasionally, overtime is required. Also, perhaps because the boss used to work in engineering, he speaks as if communicating with a technician—he’s a bit more direct and says what he thinks. But it’s okay; at least he clearly distinguishes right from wrong. Is what the person downstairs said too exaggerated? Haha, I haven’t encountered that myself.
