This is a place that only talks about pursuing sales performance. Sure, without sales, how could employees be supported? But this is really excessive. When someone comes in with a scrape, they insist that the person buy hydrocolloid dressings, claiming they are so effective. Don’t they know that hydrocolloid dressings have their proper occasions for use? The district managers and store managers, who truly have no medical expertise, are all like this, and they even tell you not to speak out of turn. In the hospital emergency room, we would never teach patients with traumatic abrasions this way. These are truly poorly trained managers who only want to make money and don’t think about others—it’s awful.
