Pros
Flexible working hours, freedom at work, and a workplace environment that is comparatively more warm and personable than elsewhere. Quite a few people regret leaving and want to return, and I hope to be able to stay on.
Cons
The office carpet is very dirty, and the promotion system is unclear.
