Pros

The boss puts a lot of effort into running the company. The work environment is friendly.

I joined the company in February last year. I applied for the position of sales manager, and I have now completed one year. My impression after this year is that the boss puts a lot of effort into running the company. Half of the company’s customers were developed by the boss personally. The company itself is not large, so sales staff have to handle many things themselves. However, this also gives me exposure to more areas and broader learning. I feel like I am running a business, not just doing sales.

The negative reviews mentioned earlier were all written by employees who resigned while I was the sales manager. One employee even wrote several negative reviews repeatedly. I would like to say a few fair words on the company’s behalf here. The boss also visits customers personally, so he does not have time to watch porn or follow stocks. One employee had been with the company for one month; there were 22 working days, but they were late on 15 of them. After arriving late, they would brazenly eat breakfast at their desk. I think every company will have some complaints.

Another salesperson had been with the company for seven months without developing a single customer. Naturally, they would be closely questioned during sales meetings.

The company previously had relatively few systems in place. After I joined, I made suggestions to the boss regarding a bonus system and company rules, and the boss accepted them all. Although the company is not large, it is small yet excellent. The workplace atmosphere is harmonious. If your sales ability is strong enough, earning a high salary is not a problem.

Cons

If you have no experience with distribution channels in the electronics industry, it may be more difficult when you first join. The professional knowledge required in this field is relatively in-depth, so you need to have strong stress tolerance.
