A company where taking leave is fairly easy
1. Everyone in the marketing department is a middle-aged woman, so whenever a newcomer joins, everything they do gets magnified. These women love gossiping privately and casually engage in workplace bullying and ostracize newcomers, resulting in managers constantly having to find replacements. The turnover rate is extremely high!
2. If a supervisor gives you a lot of recognition, those women will become jealous and go around saying that you love taking credit. They are polite to your face, but speak extremely harshly about you behind your back~
3. You apply for an e-commerce position, but are required to support the shipping department for long periods of time. The key point is that if you do not help, those women will speak extremely harshly about you 😅 (It has become taken for granted that helping is part of your job.)
4. Supervisors barely manage these disputes~
They often use the slogan “Everyone is family” to console themselves, and they also do not clarify everyone’s work efficiency, so they keep thinking there is a labor shortage, not realizing that it is an efficiency problem 😂
5. Merchandise between platforms also has to be fought over, and there is no solution. Even when someone proposes using a VLOOKUP formula to make adjustments, some of those women will reject it, resulting in several thousand products having to be adjusted manually one by one 😂
In short, think carefully before joining this company.
Even if you report the issues to your supervisor, nothing will change!
You may be talked about by others at any time,
and people may even privately call you crazy~
If you are looking for a long-term job, this place is not suitable!
