Good environment, bright and spacious, clean.
The company as a whole is very cheerful.
Those who are enthusiastic and have high expectations for advertising can give it a try (though naturally, business roles are relatively challenging).
Creative team—art/design: They have been very well protected, so everyone is quite arrogant; whether their abilities are up to standard is debatable. Most of them simply produce a result, while the creative managers are rather old-fashioned in their thinking and like to use outdated approaches to solve problems, making them relatively difficult for the business team to communicate with.
Business team: This depends on the department. There are peaceful, stable positions where you may still need to work overtime, as well as very aggressive ones. Of course, there are also business managers who are so ineffective that the entire company knows about it. This company is called “Little Ogilvy” for a reason—and it is also because of “these people” that many frontline employees have resigned.
Overall, it still depends on the team. In departments such as IT and UI/UX, there is a good chance of staying for at least 3–5 years.
