The only advantage is that the colleagues are all very young. Seeing many young women at work every day makes me feel good!

In the hotel industry, T.Hotel is the most abnormal company. The boss may be a decent person, but the senior managers beneath him are unbelievably terrible—there isn't a single normal one. No matter which department you're in, they'll make you feel that life is worse than death. I deeply regret joining this company in the first place; I wasted a lot of time, and I still have to look for another job and start accumulating seniority all over again!

I advise anyone considering working there to think twice. It may possibly get better in the future, but at this very moment, March 2023, it is at rock bottom. Not a single former employee who worked there would consider it a good company. On average, they can replace a large batch of colleagues within a year—then everyone can see how bizarre it is! In just three short years, it has grown from a single-digit number of hotels to 40–50. It is developing very quickly, but its systems have not kept up, and the senior managers' capabilities certainly have not either!
