Pros

There are no pros. The environment is quite run-down, there is no dedicated cleaning staff, and it seems employees have to take turns cleaning.

Cons

Everything sounded great during the interview. They said there would be one week of job training, but it was absolutely terrible, and there was hardly any training at all. Of the eight hours of training each day, seven hours were spent having you look at a computer on your own. On the last day, there was an assessment consisting of a written test and a recording of how you would speak when working as a salesperson. The written test covered very boring material, and the most important thing is that the training did not explain things clearly. In the end, I received a notice saying that I had failed to meet the standard on the written assessment. It was simply a waste of one week of my life staying at this company. The training required signing a contract and paid only 4,400 for the week, which was extremely low. According to Google, the base salary for course consultant sales staff used to be 26,000, but was later reduced to 22,000. Employees left one after another for other companies, and the supervisor was even sued in both civil and criminal court. Absolutely terrible. I did not originally want to work for this kind of company, but I thought the job content seemed interesting, so I decided to come for an interview. I never expected the training to be this bad. Fortunately, I did not go. If I had become a regular employee, I might have had even more complaints!
