The interview was conducted via video, and the interview process was very cumbersome: 2 department managers + 2 HR representatives
The interview took 2 hours
The same process was repeated over and over; the department managers alone asked the same questions
They did not pay attention to what the interviewee was saying, and one of the male managers kept interrupting.....
