The direct supervisor has a very poor attitude and, despite not being particularly capable, always acts superior. They occasionally make sarcastic remarks using aggressive language. What is even more puzzling is how someone who is not capable, is not good at English, and cannot participate in conference calls with overseas clients can still lead subordinates?
