Convenient location and transportation (Fu Xue Communications Office)
1. When calling to invite me to an interview, they did not mention the company name at all. Only after I asked several times did they say it was “Fubon.”
2. They used the term “management trainee” to mislead you into thinking they were recruiting for an MA position.
3. The interview consisted of the supervisor using direct-selling-style sales pitches to promote an outdoor sales position, attracting people with a high salary while the supervisor relied on company training bonuses to supplement their income. They did not mention the high turnover among frontline employees at all—it looked extremely similar to direct selling :)
