You need to think carefully before joining. Everything the interviewing manager said was completely different from reality.
You do a huge amount of work, but the salary is ridiculously poor. The base salary is extremely low, supplemented by a bunch of attendance bonuses and allowances that were never mentioned in the interview. The monthly salary you actually receive does not exceed 26,400.
If you have time to work overtime here, you might as well work overtime at Ta...; it would be more worthwhile. The manager makes promises but does not deliver, and only knows how to talk. They cannot even do the work that basic employees are expected to learn!
There is no system to speak of; work is handled on the fly.
Moreover, every person and every manager says something different.
They confidently claimed that the hardware and equipment were good, but they need repairs every day.
The interview was basically like a lie intended to trick you into joining.
The turnover rate is ridiculously high. Promotions are easy, but there are tons of troublesome issues.
If you want a high salary, you have to rely on overtime. The manager may promote you without your consent.
Please think twice before joining.
