Pros
1. During the interview, they made grand promises and said everything sounded great.
2. The company is close to the MRT station.
Cons
They paint an overly grand and perfect picture.
In reality, during the interview, they can deliver only 10% of what was promised, or even less.
A place with no standards that wastes its employees’ lives.
I genuinely think that if you have no intention of properly training newcomers, you shouldn’t hire them.
Did you become highly capable and good at working the moment you entered the workforce?
Senior management should reflect on this.
