The interview was downright disgusting.
First, they gave me a test paper and said I could just write whatever.
Then, even though I applied for a software development engineer position, an auntie who didn't understand coding kept asking me financial questions. When I couldn't answer every question, she even told me to go home and study up? Hey, this position is for developing systems, right!?
If the technical supervisor isn't available, they can reschedule the interview with the candidate. There's no need to send some random person to waste the candidate's time. Absolutely terrible.
