**Applying for the Recruitment Specialist position**
1. After exiting the elevator in the company building, there is a reception area; the interview takes place in a meeting room within the reception area.
2. In addition to asking you to print out your résumé yourself, there is also a written test.
3. The written test is roughly about how much you want to join our company, on a scale of 0–100; what you would do if you disagreed with your supervisor, and so on.
4. The interview takes about 2.5 hours in total ==
5. More than half of the interview is spent talking about company benefits, types of leave, etc.…
(Couldn't this be explained carefully during new-hire training? Talking about these benefits when you haven't even been hired yet just helps you meet your KPI while wasting my time.)
I looked up many people's reviews, and this company seems to be constantly conducting interviews. Most of the people hired are teachers or salespeople; the remaining administrative positions, or whatever they are, seem to exist just to help the company meet its KPI.
