The work environment is okay.

The salary for internal staff is not too stingy.

The turnover rate in the sales department is extremely high. During the few months I was there, a great many sales employees came and went.

As a result, handovers were incomplete, and there were even many gaps. I often had to clean up messes left behind.

The sales manager was prone to losing control emotionally. Although not a bad person at heart, they frequently lost control, affecting the department’s staff and work, and offending quite a few customers.

The company has too many internal regulations. The procedures make many tasks cumbersome and waste a lot of time on process-related formalities.

Every office floor is very quiet, and there are even notices on the walls prohibiting people from speaking too loudly and limiting phone calls to no more than five minutes, among other rules.

The company’s turnover rate is alarmingly high. You can see new employees every day, and every week you hear about someone from some department resigning.

There is almost no room for salary increases, and there is no salary-adjustment system. I don’t know about the year-end bonus because very few people stay with the company for more than a year, so there was no one to ask. During the interview, they gave a vague response about this.
